The ClinGen repository of published HLA allele and haplotype disease classifications.
Each classification in HLArepo describes the relationship between an HLA allele or haplotype and a disease, based on evidence from the published literature. ClinGen expert curators weigh the evidence in the HLA Curation Interface, and a classification appears here once it has been approved and published.
Every classification keeps its full change history, and all of the data is free to browse, search, and download.
